1.My Order Is Not Complete

If your order includes several items, it is possible that these will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

 

2.How Do I Use A Discount Code?

Discount codes can be entered at checkout.

 

3.How Will My Credit Card Be Charged?

Your credit card will be charged once your order is submitted. All orders are processed in USD, using the latest exchange rates.

 

4.How Can I Be Sure My Order Has Been Received?

After placing an order you will be given an order confirmation number. It will also be sent in an email with your order details.

 

5.Why Does My Tracking Number Not Show Any Updates?

A tracking number for your order will be emailed to you shortly after an order is placed. If you have received a tracking number, that means your package is in transit. We would be more than happy to confirm your order, just email us service@zulabox.com.

 

6.When Will I Receive My order?
The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the delivery (free of charge) take a maximum of 4 to 20 working days. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our products.

 

7.How Do I Track My Order?

We want to allow you to track your orders at any time. As such, when we ship your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.You can use the logistics tracking number to check the parcel shipping progress on https://www.17track.net/en

CANCELLATION & RETURN

1.Can I Make a Change To My Order?

Yes, if the order has not shipped yet. If you need to make a change to your order, please email us service@zulabox.com as soon as possible. Changes are not possible after the order has shipped.

 

2.Can I Cancel My Order?

It is absolutely possible to cancel your order!Do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail service@zulabox.com,our team will do its very best to meet your needs .

 

3.Why Was My Order Canceled?

Orders that are marked fraudulent by our payment processors will be automatically canceled. King Ice will never cancel a legitimate order without reaching out. If your order was canceled it's likely that we reached out and did not hear back. The most common cancel ation are duplicate orders.

1.How Should I Store/Protect My Jewelrys

Jewelry should be kept dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided dust bag. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.

Chlorine, especially at elevated temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your gold jewelry. Gently clean your gold or vermeil jewelry with a soft polishing cloth. Be sure not to over-polish jewelry, especially vermeil, because it can damage the finish.

 

2.Can You Make A Custom Item or Size?

Some products support customized sizes. If you need special sizes, please contact our customer service by email. We will reply to you as soon as possible whether your needs can be met.
